TROY — Bluegrass band Rock Island Plow Company will perform at the Appalachian Uprising in Scottstown, Ohio June 2nd. The four-member band has been playing in the Troy area and surrounding communities and will continue to perform several times in the next few weeks. The band will perform at GOBA in the Troy Park June 20th, at the Crown Pavilion in New Bremen at 6:30 p.m. July 1st,
